Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa

CI Graduate Program

 

Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2025.

This Operations Plus (CI) Graduate Program will be based for the first 6 months in Selestat, France, followed by two other rotation in one of EU countries.

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 3 international rotations in one of our + 50 facilities located in Europe. 

As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change. 

In your role as Operations Plus Graduate in Continuous Improvement (CI) team, you will be able to work on and support the roll-out of Operations Plus program in AFEMEA, by:

  •          Participating in Operations Plus (IWS) deployment in the sites, as part of the CI AFEMEA central team;
  •          Learning Operations Plus (IWS) principles and contributing to their application in the shopfloor;
  •          Driving actively CI activities and projects in the hosting sites, aligned with Operations Plus roll-out;
  •          Collaborating pro-actively with teams and sites across AFEMEA to leverage best practices and harmonize CI approach, in line with Operations Plus program principles;
  •         Fostering engagement of CI communities across Business Units, plants and functions;
  •         Supporting the coordination and drive of CI transformation, together with the CI AFEMEA central team;
  •         Measuring and evaluating the efficiency of CI initiatives roll-out across sites.

What do you need?

It’s a good start to have the following:

  • Master’s/Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Advanced degree in Project Management or in Lean/CI advantageous.
  • Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities
  • Internship or work experience within industrial environment, with exposure to process engineering, continuous improvement or project management - up to 2 years.
  • MS office advanced knowledge including Excel expertise requested , Power BI understanding.
  • Affinity to Continuous Improvement principles – Knowledge and application in this field would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English good knowledge of French required, Italian, Spanish would be an advantage.
