     OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

   Garantir o bom funcionamento das máquinas, equipamentos e periféricos da produção, por meio das manutenções corretivas e preventivas em todos os equipamentos.

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

 

  • Verificar as pressões, temperaturas, nível de óleo, vazamentos em geral, ruídos anormais na área de Utilidades, através do checklist diário para se necessário, efetuar manutenção corretiva nas irregularidades;
  • Efetuar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em máquinas e equipamentos industriais reparando ou substituindo peças, quando solicitado pela área produtiva;
  • Efetuar lubrificação de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Auxiliar na manutenção e setup de Moldes;
  • Cumprir com todos os procedimentos operacionais e de limpeza da área;
  • Comunicar qualquer ocorrência que possa ter impacto na segurança do produto ou que afete o sistema de gestão da qualidade;

 

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES

  • Escolaridade:  Técnico Completo;
  • Especialidade: Mecânica, Manutenção Industrial,Automação Industrial ou Eletromecânica.
  • É necessário que esteja há um ano na posição atual.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de  desenhos mecânicos
  • Conhecimento em hidráulica e pneumática
