OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

Realizar operação das máquinas (Cintadeira e filmadora), registrar as análises de qualidade e seguir o processo de embalagem conforme especificação do Cliente, a fim de garantir a qualidade e inocuidade do produto.

 

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Participar da reunião de início de jornada de trabalho;
  • Realizar troca de turno com informações precisas e objetivas referente a performance da linha + programação + pendências;
  • Fazer Take 5 antes de iniciar as atividades;
  • Realizar atividades de limpeza conforme escopo definido no procedimento  - LIMPEZA DOS EQUIPAMENTOS DE PRODUÇÃO;
  • Conferir a matéria-prima a ser utilizada (preforma ou GAR do rótulo na programação);
  • Realizar abastecimento de preformas nas sopradoras;
  • Realizar desenrosco de preformas no trilho de carregamento e/ou rolos orientadores;
  • Limpar os moldes da sopradora e kit de rotuladora após setup em bancada;
  • Realizar abastecimento de bobinas de rótulo nas rotuladoras sem abertura de máquina (apenas se o acesso for externo);
  • Montar os paletes de Smart com 10 camadas de garrafas rotuladas, colocar fita de arquear e direcionar os paletes para etapa de filmagem conforme - Paletização Manual linha Smart;

 

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES

  • Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos
