  1. OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

Dar suporte á área de Expedição e Recebimento nas rotinas administrativas e asseguras de que atividades de inventários e controles internos estejam de acordo com os padrões e procedimentos da companhia.

 

 

  1. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

 

  • Auxiliar na conferência das grades contábeis em conjunto com a área fiscal;
  • Realizar atualizações de planilhas de controles dos setores de Expedição e Fiscal;
  • Dar suporte nos inventários de peças do almoxarifado;
  • Realizar arquivamento de documentos e grantir que todos estejam de fácil acesso para uma possível consulta;
  • Realizar  organização do setor conforme padrão 5´s;
  • Dar suporte no recebimento de materiais de almoxarifado;
  • Realizar preenchimento de check-lis de insumos;
  • Realizar atendimento aos colaboradores referente aos pedidos de retiradas de materiais de almoxarifado, seguindo as solicitações feitas em sistema SAP;

  •       Escolaridade:  Ensino Médio completo
