GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical engineering department
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Influencing others on cross-functional teams
  • Self driven and result oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Min. 3 years experience in printing and packaging industry
  • Strong background of ink and offset printing
  • Rotogravure printing experience is preferred

  • Knowledge about the foil stamping process, preferably with hands on experience
  • No restriction to travel
  • No military obligation for male candidates

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supporting product development department by providing working knowledge of manufacturing capabilities to ensure design control in advance of every new product launches.
  • Manage new job industrialization processes to ensure new products meet customers' quality expectation. Standardize manufacturing process of new products for further repeat orders.
  • Identify, develop and implement plans for cost reduction, waste reduction, increased throughput and general process improvement. Provide technical support to production and quality departments. Support quality department for customer complaints.
  • Lead continuous improvement and procurement saving projects related with process optimization, raw material consumption reduction, reduce waste and cost.
  • Manage the Non Conformity Control System by assisting Supply Chain, Customer Focused Quality and the manufacturing groups in the resolution of quality concerns and complaints.
  • Claim handling for non conformed materials from suppliers.
  • Carry out communication line between manufacturing, quality, product development, procurement and suppliers, keep informed all departments in point of quality and manufacturing process, give technical updates regularly.
