QUALIFICATION

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,  Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Min. 2 years of production experience in industrial operations (preferably in printing sector)
  • Preferably with experience in lean production methods, 5S organisation, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems, and manufacturing cost management
  • Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
  • Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (PowerBI, Access, Excel macro programming)
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country
  • Residing in Izmir

JOB DESCRIPTION

 On the assigned production line:

  •  Daily updates and archiving of job forms
  • Preparation of Changeover (CO) and Centerlining (CL) forms as part of the IWS daily management systems
  • Monitoring the relevant actions of tasks in the production plan
  • Following up on system-related processes concerning production activities
  • Updating and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics
  • Delivering necessary trainings and monitoring planned training sessions to support employee development; preparing One Point Lessons (OPLs)
  • Following up on procurement processes for required materials
  • Managing and distributing consumables and hand tools
  • Supporting internal audits, external audits, and 5S audits
  • Providing support to operational processes on the assigned production line
  • Tracking of overproduction and printing/following up on updated labels for orders with quantity change
