QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related technical fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within mass-production factories
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Fluent in both written and spoken Turkish and English
- Preferably, previous experience in mechanical maintenance within printing or packaging industries
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sustain the production performance of the assigned production lines
- Act as the Technical Expert and Maintenance Leader for the responsible line
- Prioritise troubleshooting activities, followed by enhancing the mechanical (autonomous maintenance) capabilities of production operators
- Aim to reduce the frequency of breakdowns
- Ensure effective communication between the line and the maintenance department
- Provide coaching to the shopfloor team of the responsible line to achieve production KPIs
- Organise all maintenance activities for the assigned line
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets for each machine under responsibility
- Closely monitor spare part consumption
- Lead initiatives to reduce spare parts usage and manage cost optimisation activities
Within the IWS (OperationsPlus) framework:
- Prepare data for daily DDS meetings and actively participate
- Coordinate all planned maintenance activities (MP&S) on the assigned production lines, in line with maintenance systematics
- Perform breakdown analysis
- Establish standards to eliminate losses and ensure compliance through necessary actions
- Use established standards to develop the technical knowledge and skills of operations teams
