QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Egineering
- Minimum 5 years of production or maintenance experience in the packaging industry. Experience in WCM , TPM or IWS is preffered
- Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (Access, Excel macro programming)
- Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
- Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management
- Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking
- Customer focused attitude
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
- Proven competence in prioritisation and delivering results
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
- Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
- Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery
- Understand and fulfill product specifications and customer requirements
- Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions
- Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements
- Achieve and continuously improve operational efficiency through assigned KPIs
- Establish effective communication and coordination with all relevant departments within the company and with suppliers
- Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
- Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities
