QUALIFICATION

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Production, Technical Support, or Continuous Improvement is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritization and results-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong team-working and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach within the area of responsibility
  • No restriction to domestic or international travel
  • Valid B-class driving license and active driving experience

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Manage and oversee all quality and technical field operations related to assigned customers.
  • Follow technical needs, expectations and requirements of customers and ensure effective coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure that customer complaints and technical requests are analyzed and resolved in collaboration with the relevant departments, and that timely feedback is provided to the customer.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and the establishment of corrective actions for product and process quality non-conformities by using appropriate problem-solving techniques.
  • Follow preventive actions to avoid existing or potential quality problems.
  • Monitor customer specifications and communicate relevant information to the related teams.
  • Establish and follow customer visit and technical contact plans and conduct visits when required.
  • Follow production plans and contribute to the early identification and prevention of existing or potential quality problems.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with all relevant departments to develop customer-oriented solutions.
