Sales Graduate Program

 

Each year we are looking for a group of Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. 

The next program will start in October 2026 and will contain 3 international rotations across Amcor plants & offices in Europe. The contract and first rotation most likely will be based in Gent, Belgium.

As an European Graduate, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of a sales function,by working closely with Export Manager, sales managers and customer service at sites. With the guidance of your Manager and Supervisors, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across diverse projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing challenges, and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change.

 

We are looking for a sales rock star – person determined to build their long – lasting career in the sales function, ready to embrace any challenges while working in the complex, multicultural and demanding environment.  During the program, you will:

  • get well rounded business experience, following I champion our customers approach
  • deep dive into pharma packaging industry, understanding Amcor’s value proposition
  • understand how the healthcare packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside customer service team
  • investigate pharma global market segment and Identify & get in touch with potential customers (prospection)
  • work alongside business development team (build strong relationships, craft compelling presentations, close deals),
  • learn how to navigate market changes and it’s influence on the sales by supporting commercial team in activities like pricing, contract manager, business analytics or budget preparation

 

What do you need?

 

It’s a good start to have the following:

  • Degree in sales management, business development, business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields.
  • Up to 5 years of working experience in the sales, customer service, commercial related positions, ideally in the B2B environment (might be gained via internships)
  • First experience working with customers (retail, consultancy, help desk etc)
  • Fluency in English & French or German is required.
  • Advanced in Excel and Power Point. Interest in digital tools appreciated.
  • Some knowledge of any CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) as advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
  • Flexibility & adaptability
  • Proactiveness and outperformance mindset
  • Customer orientation
  • Collaboration skills & relationship building capability
  • Good listening skills & ability to understand customer needs
  • Curiosity
  • First studying or working experience abroad
  • Full permanent work permit in the EU
