Jouw job als Operator:

Na een grondige opleiding ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces van onze duurzame verpakkingen:

  • Je start en stelt de machines in en past parameters aan waar nodig

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, neemt stalen en houdt toezicht op een vlot procesverloop

  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen – jouw inzicht telt

Jij brengt mee:

  • Zelfstandigheid én zin voor samenwerking

  • Een hands-on mentaliteit – jij houdt van afwisseling en denkt oplossingsgericht

  • Een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en proces

  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 4-ploegenstelsel (volcontinu)

  • Vlotte kennis van de Nederlandse taal
