Jobomschrijving:

  • Curatief onderhoud van alle machines en installaties in dagdienst, inclusief wachtdienst
  • Plannen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud (EL,M&R en PNEU) van de productiemachine
  • Dagdagelijks overleg met de productieverantwoordelijken
    • Overlopen van de problemen en nodige herstelling
    • Feedback geven over de status van werken
  • Begeleiden van wijzigingen (projecten, investeringen, visie-systemen …) met betrekking tot productiemachines
  • Technisch onderhandelen en aansturen van contractors/leveranciers
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Ingeven van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het CMMS (Ultimo) systeem
  • Alternatieven zoeken voor onderdelen die niet meer worden gemaakt/geleverd
  • Maken van bestellingen voor onderdelen die nodig zijn om de werken te kunnen uitvoeren
  • Kalibreren en afregelen van machines ten behoeve van ISO, Ethicon …

 

Profiel:

  • Bachelor Electronica, Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Grondige kennis motorsturingen AC en DC
  • Kennis van PLC (Siemens TIA), sensoren en meet – en regeltechniek
  • Specifieke kennis van bedrijfseigen machines en machine-onderdelen
  • Kennis van Nederlands, Engels
  • Kennis van MS Office, Outlook, MS Project en software pakketten om de nodige analyse/diagnose te stellen
