JOB PURPOSE
Step into a role where HR is not just about processes—but about impact, visibility, and growth. As an HR Specialist, you will be part of an international team of 8 HR professionals across Europe, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service populations, and working at the core of business transformation and key operational functions.
This is a high-exposure, fast-paced position where you will collaborate directly with HR Business Partners and business leaders, gaining a 360° view of the HR function. You will own and drive essential HR activities, from data and performance cycles to talent initiatives, while helping shape and harmonize processes across countries.
From day one, you will take ownership of diverse HR topics, working across performance, data, talent, and operational processes. The role involves close interaction with HR Business Partners and a variety of stakeholders across functions and countries, offering continuous exposure to different challenges and ways of working within an international environment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
HR Operations & Data Management

Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy

Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies with local HR teams

Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
Performance & Compensation Cycle Support

Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, year-end)

Assist with compensation processes (merit, incentives, headcount tracking)

Contribute to budgeting activities with Finance
Talent Development & Employee Lifecycle

Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives

Coordinate talent reviews and development programs

Contribute to recruitment and graduate program activities
HR Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support

Support harmonization of HR processes across the scope

Act as a point of contact for HRBPs and internal stakeholders

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
-
2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role (post-diploma),
-
Experience working in a matrix, international organisation,
-
Solid understanding of core HR processes and strong motivation to deepen HR expertise,

Fluent in English (written and spoken),

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Tech-savvy with interest in HR systems and AI tools (ex: Copilot, Workday),

Autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
