Be part of the Food, Beverage & Specialties division where you will perform the following tasks

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Italy.
  • Look for new opportunities and areas of growth on strategic product categories such as (Dispensing, Applicators, Closures, Containers…)
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven experience in sales management, preferably in the rigid packaging industry.
  • Good knowledge of the Beverage/Food/similar markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Native language Italian and advanced level of English.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English.
  • Prior experience working in the Italian manufacturing industry or familiarity with the local market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in preparing and delivering sales reports to senior management.
