Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: France
Join our international service team and play a key role in supporting leading beverage manufacturers across France. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical expert our customers rely on — ensuring their production equipment runs at peak performance, solving problems on-site, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced capping equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct performance tests and ensure optimal operation and compliance with technical standards.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering clear and confident technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with customers, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Document service work and support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate reporting.
- Travel independently across France (and occasionally to other European countries) using a fully equipped company vehicle.
Your Profile
- Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic technician, or equivalent qualification recognized in France.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in field service, maintenance, or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent technical understanding with the ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset — confident dealing with clients at all levels.
- Valid Class B driving license and readiness to travel frequently.
- Fluent in French, with good English communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work, with a passion for technology and quality.
