Payroll & Data Coordinator

This role is based on site at Evesham UK.  Working days/hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday

We are not offering sponsorship for this role.  The role is open to those with eligibility to work in the UK. 

Salary: Circa £27,500pa

 

Prepare and coordinate payroll data for submission to payroll provider

Manage payroll data including queries, interrogation of systems and all payroll data admin  

Update HR and payroll systems with data changes

Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation and update records

Maintain occupational health database, records, appts and liaise with OH provider

Prepare of monthly report data

Maintain holiday and absence records

Manage and coordinate training admin

Take responsibility for pool cars and related admin

Deputise for the Site Administrator/Receptionist

Education, qualifications and experience required:

Previous knowledge of payroll data preparation

GCSE English and maths passes or equivalent

Good understanding of MS Office tools

Ability to work confidentially

First class communication and interpersonal skills

Numeracy skills

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Experience in successfully meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure

Basic IT knowledge

'Can do' attitude

Good administrative and organisational skills
