Specific Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Owns and Manage the Centerline, Changeover and Change Management DMS’s.
2. Leads process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standards.
3. Leads the team in continuously improving the Changeover.
4. Analyzes line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
5. Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line(s), including the creation of IPS and UPS.
6. Prepares the Loss Tree Allocator and Future State Loss Tree and Leads the discussion for the 90 DAP.
7. Coaches the line team on Centerline and Changeover DMS execution and problem-solving skills.
8. Build the team capability to conduct IPS.
9. Participates in Line DDS process daily to set priorities and allocate resources.
10. Ensures all learning and development activities are recorded and tracked.
11. Evaluates training needs and learnings of co-workers using established assessment tools.
12. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications:
▪ Graduate of Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Technology or any four (4) year college course or its equivalent.
▪ Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing setup
▪ Highly analytical and has background in Root-Cause Analysis
▪ Experienced in printing packaging technology
▪ Prompt good decision by circumstance
▪ Strong knowledge of production equipment and its capabilities.
▪ Excellent understanding of customer requirements and product specifications.
▪ Strong leadership skills and communication skills as per job requirements.
▪ Has experience in preparing OPL, WI and SOP
▪ Has safety knowledge as per job requirements
