Quality Graduate Program
Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2025.
This Quality Management Graduate Program will start with a 6 months assignment in Alzira, Spain, followed by 2 rotations in other European facilities.

Take on a Challenge!
As a Graduate in Operations Quality in the central Quality Team you will be able to work and support our operations in various projects:
- Work directly with global customers to eliminate manufacturing problems, and implement effective solutions across our manufacturing footprint.
- Collaborate pro-actively with teams across the global Flexibles business to identify and implement best practices and drive a ‘’One Amcor’’ approach.
- Work in coordination with site Quality and Engineering teams responsible for validating and qualifying materials and processes to support our new product portfolio aligned with our Recycle Ready and Sustainability initiatives.
- Create and align Process Control Plans across sites to ensure consistency and capability of output for Global Key Accounts.
- Support the coordination and drive transformation efforts with the Central Quality Team for our Total Quality Management initiative.
- Develop standards and process best practices, including the creation and deployment of a central Quality Management System.
- Manage and develop consistent business-wide tools to share best-practices across the global Flexibles business
- Develop, improve, align and integrate data, systems and projects for effective project management and to support efficient operations.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Materials Science. Experience in Project Management advantageous.
- Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities
- Internship or work experience in industrial environment up to 2 years, preferably in the area of quality management or CI
- MS office advanced knowledge including Excel expertise, Power BI as an advantage.
- Comfortable with numbers and finance principles
- Fluency in English and Spanish or German required.

- Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team
- Project management and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills in statistics (Pareto analysis, data visualization, etc.)
- Creative thinker, with problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
