HR Graduate Program
Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2025.
Contract and 1st rotation location of this HR Graduate Program might be based in Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Romania or Italy, depending on the final candidate.
The Graduate Program is an 18 month development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 international rotations across our European facilities.

As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the HR function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Mentor – Talent & Development Director EMEA. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
During this HR Graduate Program you will have the unique opportunity to understand HR world from two perspectives – plant based and central functions. During rotations, you will be working under central talent team, growing your expertise within one of the talent streams – talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development or change management. In parallel, you will be based in one of our manufacturing facilities, supporting plant HR Manager with local activities, for example employee lifecycle administration, engagement, preparation and execution training activities, review and improve onboarding plan for newcomers and more.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Degree in human resources, law, business administration, psychology, management or related fields
- Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) in HR roles, e.g. recruitment, talent management, L&D, administration, payroll
- Fluency in English is required, any other European language advantageous
- Willingness to travel and work across different EU countries
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools – Excel, Power Point, Teams
- Knowledge of SharePoint, SAP Success Factors or Workday advantageous
- Flexibility & adaptability

- Strong stakeholder management & network building capabilities
- Eligibility to work in entire EU (European passport)
