About the role
The Compensation analyst is responsible for administrative and analytical support of TR processes and annual activities, ensuring execution in line with business needs and priorities as well as global governance and standards. The role assists in preparing materials, managing data, generating reports, and responding to HR and business queries under supervision. This position is an entry level role within the TR team, supporting efficient execution of TR processes while gaining exposure to broader HR operations and systems.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Assist and support the administration of TR processes and annual cycles (e.g., merit review, incentive calculations, benefits administration, where applicable) in line with annual business priorities.
- Assist with system setups and maintenance of TR-related tools and databases. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support job evaluations process, under supervision, manage job evaluations
- Prepare, validate, and maintain TR data; responsible for report generation, data submissions, and basic analytics.
- Respond to TR-related questions from HR and business teams, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Contribute ideas and support ongoing efforts to streamline and simplify TR processes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and frameworks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship or entry-level exposure to Compensation& Benefits / Total Rewards is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerBI, comfortable working with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a global HR environment.
- Works effectively under supervision and manages multiple tasks with guidance.
