Zur Ergänzung und für die Leitung unseres Logistikteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine fachlich qualifizierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit als

 

Warehouse Manager (m/w/d), 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung zur Erreichung der Sicherheitsziele und Einhaltung der EHS-Richtlinien in der Logistik
  • Operative Führung der internen Logistikprozesse zur Dienstleistung an interne und externe Kunden, einschliesslich Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Führungsverantwortung für das Logistikteam mit Personalplanung und Talentförderung
  • Sicherstellung der Ausbildungsstandards für alle Flurförderfahrzeugfahrer am Standort
  • Koordination des Flurförderfahrzeugparks
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben bezüglich Handhabung und Lagerung
  • Lagerbuchhaltung und Bestandskontrollen
  • Mitentwicklung von Planungsinstrumenten und Standards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem logistischen oder technischen Umfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in industriellem Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation: lösungsorientiert und hands-on
  • Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientiertheit
  • Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung mit ERP- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Deutsche Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
