Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more.
The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 - 3 international rotations in one of our European facilities. We look for candidates open to plan their long- term career in mainland Europe preferable Germany or France.
The program will start in October 2026.
Take on a Challenge!
As an Amcor Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your mentor & supervisors. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will get the opportunity to work with many different plants across Europe and support the central supply chain team in various projects. Some of your projects will be dedicated to:
- Production planning tools – pilot a new demand driven planning tool, on selected sites.
- Support our BI Team and our business in getting selected BI data validated with our sites so new models can be released.
- Support the implementation of our 4PL setup for selected pilot sites, before the full scale implementation
- Improvement projects – for selected sites together with the local management team.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in supply chain management or production planning, alternatively transport management or industrial engineering with supply chain management specialization
- First work experience/internship within supply chain up to 2 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English and German or French is required. Any other European language is a plus.
- Project management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (advanced Excel, strong user skills in Power BI)
- Passion for supply chain related topics – production planning, logistics, or customer service
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
- Working or studying experience abroad as an asset
