Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung eines eigenen, festen Kundenstamms
  • Planung und Steuerung von Abrufen und Rahmenaufträgen inklusive Sicherstellung der Liefertermine
  • Pflege von Preisen im ERP-System
  • Schnittstellenfunktion im Reklamationsmanagement
  • Gutschriftabwicklung
  • Mitarbeit an kundenindividuellen Projekten
  • Bestelleingabe
  • Erstellung von Bestandslisten, Rahmenlisten und Lieferübersichten
  • Klärung überfälliger Forderungen
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Altbeständen
  • Durchführen von Kundenbesuchen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales-Mitarbeitenden

 

 Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Kundenorientierung und professionelle Kommunikation
