Wir sind ein modernes Produktionsunternehmen mit Standort im Herzen von Berlin-Neukölln. An zwei Tiefdruckmaschinen produzieren wir im 24/7-Betrieb Verpackungen für die Tabakindustrie. Aktuell befinden wir uns in einer spannenden Transformationsphase und führen ein Integrated Work System (IWS) ein, um unsere Prozesse, Qualität und Effizienz nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Prozessoptimierung arbeitest du direkt mit dem Produktionsleiter zusammen und bekommst einen tiefen Einblick in die industrielle Produktion. Dabei übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Projekte und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse mit:

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Geschäftsprozessen

  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Integrated Work Systems (IWS)

  • Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen (KPIs)

  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen (z. B. Effizienz, Qualität, Rüstzeiten)

  • Mitarbeit an Shopfloor-Management- und Continuous-Improvement-Projekten

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Umsetzung kleiner Optimierungsprojekte

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Industrial Engineering oder vergleichbar

  • Interesse an Produktionsprozessen und Prozessoptimierung

  • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an praktischer Umsetzung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; weitere Kenntnisse (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI) von Vorteil
