Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Safety Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Umwelt-, Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsschutz (OHSES).

Ihre Aufgaben

Analysieren gesetzlicher und konzern-interner EHS-Regelungen sowie deren Umsetzung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung in den standortspezifischen Prozessen

Durchführung von internen Audits und Unfallanalysen sowie Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen
aktive Mitwirkung bei Risiko- und Gefährdungsanalysen

Unterstützen bei der Erstellung von internen Dokumenten, z.B. Betriebsanweisungen
Planung, Ausarbeitung, Unterstützen bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Unterweisungen
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, Einbindung der Mitarbeitenden durch Workshops und Aktionen zur Förderung der Sicherheitskultur am Standort
Datenaufnahme und deren Aufbereitung zur Erstellung von behördlichen Berichten und Management-Reviews

Ihr Profil

Studium der Chemie, des Chemieingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety, idealerweise in der Industrie
Anerkannte Qualifikation als Safety Practitioner / Pollution Control Officer
Kenntnisse in ISO-Standards sowie Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz
Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
