PRE-MAKE READY (PMR) MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE
(Dagdienst)

 

Onze productie draait op volle toeren en daarom hebben wij jou nodig!

Bij Amcor zorgen we er elke dag voor dat onze drukpersen probleemloos blijven draaien. Dat lukt alleen met goed onderhouden materialen. Daarom zoeken wij een Pre-make Ready (PMR) maintenance employee die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de reparatie van onze Print-carts (P-carts) en bijbehorende installaties.

Als PMR Maintenance Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud aan P-carts en bijbehorende materialen zoals pompen, inktketels, leidingwerk, kranen en koppelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de PMR/Wash-up Coördinator en de Technische Dienst om stilstand aan de machines tot een minimum te beperken.

 

Wat ga je doen als PMR Maintenance Employee?

Als PMR Maintenance Employee speel jij een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van ons productieproces. Je start je dag met een inspectieronde en hebt snel in de gaten wanneer er iets niet helemaal in orde is met een P-cart, pomp of inktketel. Door jouw technische inzicht kun je problemen vaak al oplossen voordat ze invloed hebben op de productie.

Je sleutelt en repareert waar nodig, maar denkt ook vooruit. Samen met de Coördinator en de Technische Dienst zorg je ervoor dat storingen en stilstand tot een minimum worden beperkt. Of het nu gaat om een snelle reparatie of gepland preventief onderhoud: jij zorgt dat alles veilig, netjes en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsstandaarden gebeurt.

Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces en houd je de benodigde materialen en onderdelen goed in de gaten. Zo kunnen je collega’s van de Wash-up en productie altijd vertrouwen op goed werkende materialen.

 

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een afgeronde mechanisch technische MBO Niveau 3/4 en ervaring met onderhoud en reparatie binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
