Het is lekker druk bij ons! Daarom zoeken we drukkers en leerling drukkers die zin hebben om
ons team te versterken en samen met ons mooie, hoogwaardige verpakkingen te maken.

Wat ga je doen als drukker?

Als drukker werk je met onze diepdrukpersen en ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor drukwerk
van topkwaliteit. Je start je werkdag met een korte overdracht en voelt je daarna eigenaar van
de machine van begin tot eind. Samen met je persteam zorg je voor een soepel, veilig en stabiel
drukproces.
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt: van de juiste instellingen tot de perfecte
kleur en kwaliteit. Samen met je collega’s houd je de productie draaiende en los je uitdagingen
op zodra ze zich voordoen.

Dit ga je onder andere doen:
• Je stelt de drukpers in en maakt deze klaar voor een nieuwe productie
• Je zorgt dat materialen en grondstoffen op tijd klaarstaan, zodat het proces soepel
verloopt
• Je bewaakt het drukproces en houdt scherp in de gaten of kleur, register en kwaliteit
perfect zijn
• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt direct in als iets afwijkt
• Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en schakelt waar nodig met de Technische Dienst
• Je denkt actief mee over hoe we het werk slimmer, beter en efficiënter kunnen doen
• Je werkt veilig, netjes en volgens de geldende procedures

Wat breng je mee als drukker?

• MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met kennis van druktechniek en machineprocessen.
• Ervaring in een drukkerij is een must
• Oog voor detail en gevoel voor kleur en kwaliteit
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en graag samen met collega’s
• Ervaring in het aansturen van een team is een pré!
