The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 international rotations in one of our facilities located in Europe (most likely across France, Italy and Germany).

As an European Graduate, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of a sales function, contributing to plant-based commercial activities while also actively supporting European Beverages Sales Team in cross-locations projects. With the guidance of your Manager & Supervisors, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across diverse projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing challenges, and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change, always putting out customers at the centre of everything we do.
We are looking for a sales rock star!. During the program, you will:
- get well rounded business experience
- deep dive into beverage industry (sparkling, still …), understanding Amcor value proposition
- understand how the beverage packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside plant sales & customer service teams
- investigate beverage market segment and identify & get in touch with potential customers (prospection)
- assist Key Account Director in managing one of our most strategic clients
- work alongside business development team (build strong relationships, craft compelling presentations, close deals)
- support marketing colleagues (leverage sales knowledge to understand customer needs and translate into insights and actions)
- Get technical training by collaboration with R&D teams as well as accompanying Customer Technical Service team in customer visits.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in business administration, business management, international business, management, general engineering or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of working experience in the sales, customer service, commercial or marketing related positions (might be gained via internships)
- Previous experience with direct customer facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality, call centres)
- Fluency in English & French is required. Additionally Spanish, Italian or German as an asset
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point. Interest in digital tools appreciated
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
