SYSTEME DE MANAGEMENT HSE

• Planifier, réaliser des audits de terrain, intégrer, consolider et suivre les résultats

• Identifier les pistes d’amélioration et mettre en place des actions correctives

• Participer aux audits système liés à l’HSE

• Contribuer aux projets HSE et aux actions demandées par le groupe

• Gérer la traçabilité des surveillances et mesurages qu’il réalise ou qu’il fait réaliser

• Suivre des prestataires (nettoyage, gestion des vêtements de travail, nuisibles, fontaine à eau…)

• Supporter la réalisation des plans de prévention (autorisation de travail annuel des société extérieures) et autorisation de travail

• Sur du remplacement ponctuel : - Suivre des déchets (enregistrement des BSDD dans le registre) - Gérer le stock et réapprovisionnement des EPI

RISQUES ET PREVENTION

• Enregistrer les échappées belles, réaliser une analyse des causes, définir et coordonner la réalisation des plans d’actions

• Réaliser une analyse d’accident (plan de mitigation, plan d’action correctif/préventif)

• Participer à l’analyse de risque et à la mise à jour du DUERP

• Apporter son expertise à l’élaboration des dossiers techniques SECURITE

• Manager les comités EB/BA

• Participer aux exercices HSE et réalise si besoin un compte rendu et un plan d’action

• Participer à des réunions avec le groupe CULTURE HSE

• Préparer, réaliser et contrôler les formations HSE

• Effectuer les démarches de communications HSE internes et groupe

• Faire les accueils sécurité HABILITATION

• Peut être habilité(e) à : - Signer les Bordereaux de Suivi des Déchets Dangereux (BSDD) - Signer les Plans de Prévention des Risques (PPR) - Signer les autorisations de travail
