Job Overview:
Lead and coordinate production areas in line with Amcor policies, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and delivery of financial results through defined production metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead production operations, coordinating teams and resources to meet performance, quality, and cost targets.

  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction.

  3. Promote a strong safety culture, supporting initiatives to achieve zero accidents and protect the environment.

  4. Ensure effective maintenance planning and reliable production processes.

  5. Oversee activities related to investment projects, ensuring adequate human and technical resources.

  6. Ensure compliance with the Food Safety System (FSS), including safe production conditions, equipment verification, product traceability, defined process parameters, and documented process checks.

  7. Ensure team compliance with Good Hygiene Practices and maintain product quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate production resources to meet company goals and customer expectations.
• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes.

Skills & Competencies:
Experience: Background in production operations, manufacturing processes, or similar areas.

Skills: Conflict resolution, teamwork, and strong two-way communication.

Education & Certification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5–6 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
