Lab Technician

Job Purpose

The Laboratory Technician supports the Quality Department by ensuring effective control of production processes, product validation, and compliance with internal and external quality standards.

The role contributes to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction through laboratory testing, incident management, supplier claim handling, and participation in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform line and process control activities.
• Issue and manage COAs (Certificates of Analysis).
• Manage internal quality incidents.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Analyze customer complaints.
• Manage supplier claims.
• Perform product and process validations.
• Participate in Quality improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education & Experience

• Education related to Laboratory Operations, Chemistry, or similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (valued).
• Immediate availability required (March 2026).
• Own vehicle required.

2. Technical Skills

• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Mandatory medium-high level of English (oral assessment will be conducted).

Working Conditions

Full-time – Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):

• One week morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• One week afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• One week night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
