Job Purpose
The Finance Administrative Officer supports the Finance Department by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining SAP master data, and assisting in monthly closing and reporting activities.
The role contributes to the effective financial management of the site by ensuring compliance with internal policies, Group standards, and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and post supplier invoices in SAP and follow up accordingly.
- Manage vendor and customer master data in SAP.
- Handle administrative processing of manual payments.
- Verify and control banking documentation.
- Support the Finance Department during monthly closing activities.
- Participate in internal reporting processes.
- Manage fixed asset invoices.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Intermediate or Higher Degree in Administrative Management (or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Desirable English level B2.
- Immediate availability required.
2. Technical Knowledge
- Accounting knowledge.
- SAP environment knowledge.
- Knowledge of Group Policies (e.g., Inventory).
- Business KPI knowledge.
- Knowledge of management systems and quality standards.

Working Conditions
Full-time flexible schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: between 8:00–9:00 to 17:00–18:00
- Friday: 8:00–15:00
Intensive summer schedule (June–September):
- Monday to Thursday: between 7:30–8:00 to 15:30–16:00
- Friday: 8:00–15:00
