Gerente de Logística – Middle Americas

Ubicación: Lima, Perú
Reporte a: Dirección de Supply Chain Middle Americas
Alcance: Perú, Colombia, CCA y Caribe

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Liderar la logística E2E: inbound, almacenamiento, inventarios, aduanas y  distribución.
  • Liderar la gestión integral del operador Logístico regional (3PL/4PL) asegurando cumplimiento de KPIs, SLA, eficiencia operativa y calidad de servicio.
  • Generar eficiencias operativas y ahorros en transporte, almacenaje, distribución, demoras, sobrecostos y productividad del 3PL/4PL.
  • Gestionar el P&L logístico regional, con foco en reducción de costos, eficiencia de flota, optimización de rutas y productividad en almacenes.
  • Asegurar despachos a tiempo OTIF, gestionando desviaciones de servicio y costos asociados a la operación logística.
  • Gestionar y controlar inventarios: integridad, exactitud, aging, excesos y auditorías.
  • Gestionar crisis operativas coordinando con stakeholders.
  • Supervisar COMEX, aduanas y cumplimiento normativo con forwarders y agentes.
  • Implementar Lean, automatización y estandarización en la operación (WMS, TMS, dashboards, visibilidad).
  • Liderar el equipo asegurando disciplina operativa y desarrollo de talento.

 

Requisitos:

  • 10+ años en logística E2E.
  • Experiencia indispensable gestionando 3PL/4PL.
  • Experiencia liderando RFP/RFQ de operadores logísticos.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en Lean, WMS/TMS y KPIs logísticos.
  • Experiencia en compañías transnacionales o regionales.
  • Alta disciplina operativa, enfoque en resultados, manejo de crisis y accountability.
