QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Egineering
  • Minimum 5 years of production or maintenance experience in the packaging industry. Experience in WCM , TPM or IWS is preffered
  • Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (Access, Excel macro programming)
  • Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
  • Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
  • Proven competence in prioritisation and delivering results
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
  • Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery
  • Understand and fulfill product specifications and customer requirements
  • Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions
  • Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements
  • Achieve and continuously improve operational efficiency through assigned KPIs
  • Establish effective communication and coordination with all relevant departments within the company and with suppliers
  • Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
  • Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities
