OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO
Dar suporte à área de Logística nas rotinas administrativas, assegurando que as atividades de inventário e controle interno estejam de acordo com os padrões e procedimentos da companhia.

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar atualizações de planilhas de controles do setor;
  • Dar suporte nos inventários de peças do almoxarifado;
  • Realizar arquivamento de documentos e grantir que todos estejam de fácil acesso para uma possível consulta;
  • Interação com parceiros para garantir um bom funcionamento da cadeia logística;
  • Realizar  organização do setor conforme padrão 5´s;
  • Dar suporte no recebimento de materiais de almoxarifado;
  • Realizar preenchimento de check-lis de insumos;
  • Realizar atendimento aos colaboradores referente aos pedidos de retiradas de materiais de almoxarifado, seguindo as solicitações feitas em sistema SAP;
  • Assegurar a inocuidade do produto, através dos métodos de BPF (Boas Práticas de Fabricação) implantados na empresa;
  • Comunicar qualquer ocorrência que possa ter impacto na segurança do produto ou que afete o sistema de gestão da qualidade;

 

 

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA

  • Escolaridade:  Cursando Técnico;
  • Especialidade: Logística ou Administração
