JOB RESPONSIBITILIES:
Business Partnering:
• Works closely with respective business and operation teams to discuss people success stories and challenges
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance and insights to help identity build solutions and programs; Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and programs
• Manages and resolves complex employee and labor relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and facilitate the implementation of the decision
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
• Ensures compliance to laws and local regulations, customer audit requirements including managing actions to uphold human rights, business ethics, drug-free workplace and other similar actions
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Support develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers to drive continuous improvement in the employee processes
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning and follow-through in the development actions
• Lead the key employee engagement initiative through the committee-based programs (Ugnayan)
• Utilize HR data to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs, retention rates, employee engagement levels, and performance metrics.
• Use insights from HR analytics to identify opportunities for program improvements, talent management effectiveness, and business growth
• Stay up to date with industry trends, benchmarking against best practices in talent management and HR operations to continuously improve the HR offerings within the organization
• Lead/Support in the culture building and change management efforts of the organization
Training, Learning & Development:
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs in the operations
• Create the training plan/calendar and deliver targeted training programs that meet the needs of the business, focusing on leadership, skills development, compliance, and personal growth
• Develops effective evaluation tools, monitor implementation of training programs to ensure success and follows up to ensure training objectives are met and key metrics are measured
• Lead the execution of the talent development strategy that focuses on nurturing high-potential employees, developing leaders, and ensuring succession planning is in place
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by introducing innovative learning and development programs that increase employee engagement, performance, and job satisfaction.
• Contribute to the design and restructuring of teams and departments to optimize workflow, performance, and business outcomes
• Maintains the training database and records to support audits and regulatory compliance
• Maintains the skills versatility matrix or competency matrix of the operations to ensure employees are properly and effectively trained to their assigned processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Preferably to have Certified Human Resources Professional.
Experience
• Previous experience working as a HRBP for 5 years to 10 years
• Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management
• Experience in Manufacturing/ FMCG
• Experience working in an MNC environment
Knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws.
Skills
• Language: Local language, English required
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
