Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von sechs Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Ressourcenverfügbarkeit
  • Förderung eines positiven und produktiven Arbeitsklimas
  • Effiziente Planung und Koordination der Produktionskampagnen in der Konfektionierung zur bestmöglichen Nutzung von Maschinenkapazitäten, Material, Hilfsmitteln und Personal
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abstimmung zwischen den internen Schnittstellen
  • Termingerechte Beschaffung und Bereitstellung der benötigten Hilfs- und Betriebsmittel für die Konfektionierung
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Produktionsaufträge sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Modernisierung der abteilungsinternen Prozesse
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Entsorgung von Abfällen entlang der Produktionskette

 

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine technische Grundausbildung (EFZ) abgeschlossen und verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen oder technsichen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich AVOR / Mechanik / CNC
  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrungen in der Teamleitung, Planung und im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Produktions-Hilfsmitteln sammeln
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie beweisen Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wenn sie den Staplerschein besitzen und bereits Erfahrung mit SAP-Anwendungen sammeln konnten, ist das ein Plus
  • Offenheit und positive Einstellung gegenüber Neuerungen und eine Hands-on-Mentalität runden ihr Profil ab
