Position: Sr. HR Manager (HRBP & Talent Development)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager (HRBP & Talent Development) to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy, acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for corporate leaders while also overseeing HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants.

A major focus of this position will be on Talent Management, driving initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and talent acquisition. The remaining responsibilities involve HRBP duties, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies across both corporate and operational environments.

The ideal candidate has experience leading multi-plant HR operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing talent development programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management & Leadership Development

  • Design and implement Talent Management strategies, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and employee growth opportunities.
  • Lead succession planning and talent reviews, working closely with senior leadership to identify and develop key talent.
  • Oversee leadership development programs, ensuring leaders at all levels are equipped to drive performance and engagement.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring employees and leaders are aligned with business objectives.

HR Business Partnering & Multi-Plant Support

  • Act as a strategic HRBP for corporate leadership, advising on people strategies that align with business needs.
  • Provide HR leadership to multiple manufacturing plants, supporting local HR teams in driving workforce strategies.
  • Lead labor relations efforts, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws (CLT).
  • Drive HR operational excellence, overseeing recruitment, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local labor regulations, and best HR practices.

Skills:

·  Strong expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning.

·  Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a corporate and manufacturing environment.

·  Experience managing multi-plant HR operations with remote leadership capabilities.

·  Solid understanding of Brazilian labor laws (CLT), labor reform, and related jurisprudence.

·  Financial and budget management skills.

Qualifications:

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.

·  MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or People Management is preferred.

·  Fluent English (mandatory).

·  Spanish is a plus.

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
