Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort eine fachlich qualifizierte, selbständig arbeitende und belastbare Persönlichkeit als

Commercial Project Coordinator (m/w) 80-100%

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Gewinnung von neuen Kunden
  • Ansprechperson für potentielle Neukunden und interne Stakeholder
  • Kommerzielles Projektmanagement
    • interne & externe Koordination
    • Kenntnis von Produktionsprozessen und Produktionskosten
    • Auftragskoordination, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service, Planung und weiteren Ansprechpartnern
    • Unterstützung des Commercial Managers bei der Rentabilitätsanalyse
  • Supply Chain-Aufgaben für Schlüsselprojekte in der Einführungsphase
  • Unterstützung des Commercial Managers bei kommerziellen Aufgaben
  • Teilnahme an teamübergreifenden Projekten
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften

 

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren im Verkauf Innen­dienst und Marketing im industriellen Umfeld
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (W&S), Französisch oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Affinität zum Vertrieb und Freude am Kundenkontakt

 

Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion. Sie bezeichnen sich als Teamplayer, arbeiten selbständig und proaktiv und betrachten die täglich neuen Aufgabenstellungen als Herausforderung. Zudem sind Sie es gewohnt, vernetzt und analytisch zu denken.
