Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG ist ein Unternehmen der Amcor Limited, einem der weltgrössten Lieferanten für verantwortungsvolle Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden veredeln wir Aluminiumfolien und andere Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen. Nach Vereinbarung suchen wir ab Sommer 2024 eine/n Praktikant/in Prozessoptimierung Produktion (m/w/d) 100%.

DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

Du kannst in verschiedenen Projekten mitarbeiten, um verschiedene systematische Arbeits- und Problemlösungsmethoden umzusetzen (PDCA, A3 und 8D Methoden)
Du betreust Produktionsbereiche bei der Umsetzung von 5S sowie Shopfloor-Management
Du unterstützt bei KVP-Massnahmen und Produktivitätssteigerungen sowie die Abteilungsleitung und zugehörigen Teams
Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung sowie Anpassung von Prozessen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Trainingsplänen

WIR FREUEN UNS AUF DICH, WENN DU FOLGENDES MITBRINGST

Fortgeschrittenes Studium (Uni/FH), vorzugsweise im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik)
Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den MS-Office-Anwenderprogramen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ein hohes Mass an Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine flexible und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
Freude am Entwickeln und Optimieren von Prozessen sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
Erste Erfahrungen mit Lean Management und / oder Six Sigma sowie Projektmanagement
